I have a confession: I've tried every productivity app out there. Task managers, note-taking apps, calendar tools, reminder services. My phone had more organizational apps than actual content. And yet, I still forgot things. Important things. Ideas that came to me while driving. Grocery items my wife mentioned in passing. That brilliant business concept that hit me during a morning jog.

The problem wasn't a lack of tools. The problem was that all of them required me to stop what I was doing, pull out my phone, open an app, navigate to the right section, and type something in. Privacy Wasn't an Afterthought

Here's where most voice assistants lose me. They send your audio to some server farm in Virginia, process it, store it, maybe train their models on it. Your private thoughts, your business ideas, your medical concerns — all sitting on someone else's infrastructure.

We took a fundamentally different approach. All voice processing runs on Mistral AI in France — not in the US, not through some black-box API. Mistral retains audio data for a maximum of 30 rolling days for abuse monitoring and contractually does not use it to train their models. The speech output (the app reading responses back to you) runs entirely on your device. And your notes, todos, and reminders? They sit in German data centers at Hetzner. Everything stays in the EU.

This wasn't a marketing decision. It was a moral one. Your thoughts are yours. Period.

Not Another Tool — Your Assistant

The apps on your phone are tools. You pick them up, use them, put them down. BonusFlow is different. It's more like having a really attentive personal assistant who remembers everything, never judges, and is available 24/7.
